Who we are
RH Travel is a travel agency in Baku. The registered name is RH TRAVEL AGENCY MMC and it has been trading since 2016.
Our office is a working office. Documents live there and work gets done there, but it is not set up to receive visitors, so we do not publish the address. Sending someone to a door that will not open is worse than saying this plainly. Everything is handled remotely.
The team is small. That is not a limitation on speed. The person you message handles your booking through to the end, so you never restart the story with someone new.
What we arrange
For visitors to Azerbaijan: airport transfers, a driver by the day or the route, itineraries across the regions, and accommodation when you want us to book it.
Nothing is sold as a fixed package. A single airport pickup is a normal booking, and so is a week-long route with five different stops.
We also issue flight tickets from Baku and answer entry-rule questions, which is usually what a visitor needs before anything else.
What we do not do
We do not submit visa applications on your behalf, and we do not charge to fill in a government form you can complete yourself. Our guides point you at the official portal instead.
We do not guarantee a visa or an entry decision. Nobody can. Any agency that says otherwise is selling something it does not control.
We do not take payment on this website and there is no booking engine here. The site is where you find out what is true; the booking happens in a conversation.
Why WhatsApp rather than a form
Because it is faster for you. A message gets an answer; a form gets a confirmation email and a wait.
Because documents move well in a chat. A flight confirmation, a passport page, a hotel screenshot: all of it stays in one thread instead of scattered across email.
And because the thread is a record. What was agreed, and when, is visible on the screen rather than remembered differently by two people. If you would rather use email or a phone call, both work too.
On licences and reviews, plainly
There is no licence badge or accreditation logo on this site, because there is nothing to show. We would rather write that down than let a blank space imply otherwise.
There are no customer testimonials either. We have not collected verified ones, and inventing them is not a thing we will do. When real ones exist, they will appear with their source attached.
Where our pages carry a figure, such as a visa fee or a processing time, the source is named and the page says when it was last checked. Where we do not know, the page says nothing rather than guessing.
