What visitors usually need

Most requests are one of three things. The first is a transfer: someone reliable at the airport at 04:00, because that is when a lot of flights land in Baku. The second is a driver for a day or several, to reach places that are awkward without a car. The third is a route across the country, planned so the driving times actually work.

We handle all three, and the questions we ask differ. A transfer needs a flight number and a bag count. A day with a driver needs a start time and what you want to see. A multi-day route needs a conversation, because the difference between a good and a bad Azerbaijan itinerary is mostly the order of the days.

Tell us which of the three you want. If you are not sure yet, send your arrival date and how long you are staying, and we will work it out from there.

How we quote

Prices depend on the date, the vehicle and the distance. A sedan to the city centre and a minivan to the mountains are different jobs, and quoting one figure for both would be wrong for one of you.

So we ask for the date, the route, how many people and how many suitcases. Bags matter more than headcount: four adults fit in a sedan, four suitcases do not.

Once agreed, the price does not change. We also say what is not included, because a cost that appears later is the thing travellers remember.

There is no night surcharge. Flights into Baku land at unhelpful hours and charging extra for that would be charging for the airport timetable.

Guides, entry rules and the practical questions

Most nationalities enter Azerbaijan on an electronic visa applied for online, and it is genuinely straightforward. We are happy to point you at the official route and explain what the form wants, and our guides set out which passports need what.

What we do not do is submit an application on your behalf or promise an outcome. Entry decisions belong to the state, and any agency claiming otherwise is selling you something it does not control.

A guide is arranged separately from the car, and availability depends on the language and the date. Tell us which language you want and we say plainly whether we can cover it on your dates rather than confirming first and finding out later.

How booking works

You message on WhatsApp with the dates and what you need. If a flight is involved, add the flight number, which lets the driver track the landing time.

We reply with a price and the vehicle that fits. Anything unresolved gets settled in the same conversation: meeting point, child seat, a stop on the way.

You confirm and we hold the car and driver. On the day of travel you get the driver’s name and number, so you are not looking for a stranger with a sign.

We read messages during working hours and answer in Azerbaijani, Russian or English.

When to get in touch

For a transfer, a day or two ahead is usually enough. For a large group, or a very early arrival, ask sooner, because there are only so many minivans.

For a multi-day route, a week or more helps, because the good drivers and the good guides get booked first.

Around the Formula 1 weekend in September, Novruz in March and the New Year holidays, everything in Baku fills up early. If your trip falls in one of those windows, treat the dates as fixed and ask well ahead.
