Arranged on request

Some of what we do does not fit on a page with a price on it.

A Schengen application, a company sending twelve people to a conference, a family wanting a route nobody sells as a package. Each of these is shaped by your dates, your group and your constraints. A fixed listing would be a guess about your trip.

So this page is the honest version: tell us what you need, and we will tell you whether we can do it and what it costs.

What people ask us for

Visa support. Help preparing an application for Schengen, the UK, the US and others. We are not a consulate and cannot influence a decision. What we can do is check the paperwork before you submit it, which is where most refusals start. A Schengen application is decided within fifteen calendar days of lodging. In individual cases that can stretch to forty-five. So when you apply matters as much as what you bring.

Individual and bespoke trips. A route built around what you actually want to see, rather than the route that happened to be packaged.

Group and corporate travel. Conferences, incentives, company trips. Flights, transfers, accommodation and the coordination between them, handled by one person you can call.

Anything adjacent. If it involves getting somewhere and staying there, ask. The worst outcome is that we say no.

What happens after you message

You get a person, not a ticket number. The same person reads your message, checks with suppliers and answers you, which is why we ask for the useful details up front rather than in three rounds.

First we read what you sent and work out whether anything is missing that would change the answer. If something is, we ask then rather than later.

Then we check availability for your dates. This is the part that takes time, because it means contacting the people who actually hold the rooms, seats or vehicles rather than reading a cached price.

Then you get an answer: what is possible, what it costs, and what is still unconfirmed. If something is not yet confirmed we label it, so you always know which numbers you can plan around.

Nothing is booked until you say so.

Why this is not a longer list of pages

We could write a separate page for each of these. It would say very little, because until we know your dates and your group we do not have anything specific to tell you.

A page that lists a service without being able to describe it is a promise with nothing behind it. We would rather have one page that explains how the conversation works than nine that each say we can arrange something.

How a quote actually gets made

Most of the price is decided by three things, and none of them is on this page.

When you travel. The same trip costs differently in July and in February. Flights move most, then accommodation. School holidays and public holidays in the destination move both.

How many of you there are. A group changes which vehicle we use, whether a room type is available, and sometimes whether a supplier will quote at all. Two people and six people are different trips, not the same trip scaled.

What is fixed and what can move. A date that cannot move costs more than a date that can. If you can shift by two days, say so — it is often the single largest saving available.

Once we have those, we check what is actually available for your dates rather than quoting from a sheet. That is why a quote takes a little time and why it is a real number when it arrives.

What we will not do

We will not quote a price we cannot hold. If a supplier has not confirmed, we say it is unconfirmed.

We will not tell you a visa will be approved. Nobody outside the consulate can, and an agency that implies otherwise is selling you confidence rather than help.

We will not take on work we cannot do well. If your request needs a specialist we are not, we will say so and, where we can, point you at someone who is. Sending you somewhere better costs us one enquiry. Taking on something we cannot deliver costs us the relationship and costs you the trip.

What to send

Dates, or the rough month. How many people. Where from and where to. Anything that is fixed and cannot move.

That is usually enough for a first answer. If we need more, we will ask the two or three questions that actually change the price rather than a form.

Common questions

Do you have fixed prices for these?

No. Each of these is quoted for your dates, group size and requirements, because none of them has a standard shape. Send those three things and you get a real number rather than a range.

What if you cannot do what I need?

We will say so. Sending you somewhere better is cheaper for us than taking on something we cannot deliver well.

How long does a quote take?

It depends on how many suppliers we need to check. Simple requests are answered the same day within working hours; anything involving overseas partners can take longer, and we will tell you which yours is.
