The car

Two people with a full set of cases sit down without one on a lap. A phone charges. The car is quiet enough to make a call before you reach the hotel, or quiet enough to say nothing at all.

Meeting you

Your driver is inside arrivals with a board, not texting you from the car park.

He takes the trolley, walks you out and loads the bags himself. On a first visit, or with a guest you are collecting on behalf of a company, that is the part people remember afterwards.

The drive into town

What happens next depends on what you need from it.

Some people call the office. Some sleep. Some just watch the city arrive. Your driver talks as much or as little as you want, and that is the job rather than a mood.

What this does not include

There is no lounge in this, and there is no fast-track.

Nothing a transfer company sells moves you up the queue at passport control. Anyone who tells you otherwise is describing something they cannot deliver. We meet you, we carry the bags, and we drive. That is the whole offer, and we would rather write it here than let you find out at the airport.

Size is not what this is

A bigger group does not want this car. A bigger group wants a minibus.

This page is about the standard of the vehicle, not the number of seats. If there are six of you, say so, and we send the right vehicle rather than the expensive one.

When people book it

A first business trip. A client being collected. A night landing at the end of a long flight. Somebody who simply does not want to start the visit in a queue.

Whatever the reason, we need the same details as any other airport job. We would rather have them early than sort them out on the day.

Cash, card, or bank transfer. Tell us when you book.

What we need to quote you

The date and flight number, how many of you there are, and how many cases. Say if you are meeting somebody rather than travelling yourself, because then we need their name for the board.
